His passion for helping vulnerable populations led him to serve as an implementing partner with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), where he contributed to projects that protected displaced persons and refugees. This experience provided him with an in-depth understanding of international human rights law, refugee protection protocols, and crisis management.

In 2008, he joined Guarans Law Office in Canada, where his practice expanded to include Canadian immigration cases. His experience in immigration law covers visas, permanent residency, asylum claims, and refugee protection, with a focus on litigation, policy advocacy, and client representation.

In 2015, M A Immigration Associates Inc. was established with a mission to provide trusted and reliable immigration solutions to individuals and families. Drawing on our founder’s experience as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), the firm has grown into a reputable consultancy. We specialize in helping clients navigate the complexities of Canadian immigration law, offering personalized guidance to ensure success.

Since our inception, we have assisted hundreds of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, helping them achieve their dreams of making Canada their new home.
